Self Limiting Sternal Tumour

A 30-month-old child presents with a swelling on the sternum, which appeared after a febrile episode. Following a MR he is diagnosed with SELSTOC (Self Limiting Sternal Tumour), a rare inflammation of the sternocostal joint that resolves spontaneously within a few months.
